Pros
- The job itself is easy to pick up and not demanding. - The customers, like any retail job, vary day to day however are usually pleasant.
Cons
- All stats are tracked through the till and team leaders often put big sales through, leaving the >£20 sales to the CCs. This reflects badly on the CCs are are told daily to pull up their average sale. - This could be my store but management is good for the day to day running of the store but will not take action against Persistent problems e.g. Team leaders not pulling their weight and reports of insensitive language and discrimination. -No clear progression. I’m my region we have had multiple people told they need to take a pay it and go down a rank bc they’re moving somebody from a different store.
