Pros

- Constant and consistent training in both products and customer service to help you improve, both formal and informal - Management are fabulous; kind and understanding but professional. I know that I can talk to my boss about any concerns, either personally or professionally, that I may have - The company encourages you to be authentic, so you can wear what you like and choose how you do your hair/makeup (if you want to!). Very different to other beauty stores, which have a prominent fake-tanned, blonde, extroverted, fake-smiles sales assistants. - Emphasis on customer needs, and recommending products based on the customer, not on price - Great range of products, with something for everyone! - Support a diverse range of charities and organisations, actively contributing to reducing plastic and waste, supports disadvantaged communities around the world

Cons

- Not all stores are run the same way - Don't understand how they choose what products to discontinue, as there are some great selling products that they stop producing
