Pros
Good working culture and a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer! Teams in my unit are relatively small, which allows for us to move projects faster than with 50+ person teams.
Cons
Wish our PTO accrued faster than it does, but it's not bad. We get 15 days/year and accrue 10 hours/month. An additional 2 floating holidays per year. Medical insurance and vision insurance don't provide the best options.
