      No opportunity to grow if you are not family of the upper management

      There is none pros here

      Cons

      No opportunity to grow at least not for everyone and the process is not transparent which creates tension between team members. No efficient training. Management don't care for the team building. People with knowledge are being left to live the company as teleflex prefer to pay less to students. No backup system and you have to work even in your holiday's or in sick leave. Workers with qualifications are being overloaded with work which supposed to be distributed within 3 to 5 people. A lot of dissatisfaction and burnout spreading trough the staff.

      Great company, a few good ones around, modern building, payment not too bad for a start

      Cons

      Too secretive, no transparency at all, most Team leaders and managers are very inexperienced and don't know what they are doing, the CEO should really look into this or his efforts will be lost, managers have no insides of their team at all, walking around full of pride, job advertisement is very vague with no clue on what to expect, most people in the company stay in because of lack of better opportunity in the Midlands. No fair judgement, too much pressure on people without any guidelines from team leads or managers.

      - still trying to figure it out

      Cons

      - not respecting people - always putting useless pressure on - poor management - enterprise culture is still locked in the 90's - management was good...maybe in the 70's
