Pros

No Pros at all. Tech Prescient is the worst company to work for. There are a lot if better companies out there paying better than this one. Less salary , intolerant co-workers, rude senior management. Think 100 times before joining this company !!

Cons

DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY !!!!

I have no clue who you are and what inspires you to post such reviews. Firstly, get your grammar and spellings right. Secondly, read other reviews here and you will notice the emphasis on high quality work, superb team and no-nonsense culture we have. We have more than doubled our revenues in the last one year and are looking to do the same feat once again this FY. Our vision and mission is quite clear - We want to be a leading product development engineering company in the world. It's up to you to participate in this journey or not.

Pros

I am genuinely enjoying my time at this company, and I feel it's worth sharing my experience for anyone considering joining. The work culture here is something I truly appreciate. People are supportive, approachable, and always willing to help. Whether you're a new joiner or a seasoned professional, you feel included and valued. One of the biggest advantages is the flexibility. Being a remote-first setup, you have the freedom to manage your time and work from wherever you're comfortable. This has made a huge difference in work-life balance and overall productivity. The diverse projects keep the work interesting, with opportunities to gain international exposure and build a global skill set. Overall, this is a company that genuinely invests in its people and gives them the space to thrive.

Cons

As a remote position, more in-person meetups could help enhance team connection and collaboration.
