      Oh you want to know the pros** read all reviews posted by all current employees who are very closer to management 😂, once you start job at this place you will realise how bad they are

      Dont join at all if you have decent experience, if you are fresher and deso to get in industry then you can consider this place

      Pays you during Joining Work culture is Ok Hires lot of junior people (but then hanky pany work) No more Pros

      Cons

      High pressure work deadlines Lot of flux Since small company can ask people to leave easily Come here if you can take that risk.

      No Pros at all. Tech Prescient is the worst company to work for. There are a lot if better companies out there paying better than this one. Less salary , intolerant co-workers, rude senior management. Think 100 times before joining this company !!

Secondly, read other reviews here and you will notice the emphasis on high quality work, superb team and no-nonsense culture we have.
