Cons
Unless you are Indian and from the same area as the managers you won't get far or feel included. Communication from management is almost nonexistent. You are under the threat of always being benched, you won't know if you have a job quarter to quarter. Forget about promotions and growth, if you get a raise it will be a few years apart and it will be bitty even though the company will grow and make money. Most of the development is offshore, about 1 in 5 we be fully capable and there is lots of churn with the good people leaving.
