Pros

No pros only cons fake company

Cons

I am writing behalf of our chat batch 114 at Techmahindra (Noida Sec-62 B-19) . Hiring process is as tough as they are hiring a person from OXFORD University for 13k in-hand salary. I want everyone to know about this company's corporate fraud which is fooling our batch from 20-April-2021 in the name of training and promising that our certification will be done by the end of the month. Almost 45 days are done in this company they are just fooling us in the name of certification which they made as a hurdle for every single person to cross. When we first learnt about the problem we approached the management Shilpa ma'am , HR anshul Singh , Quality auditor Niharika , Trainer Kuldeep , Divya , Amitesh , Reetu Yadav and whoever they asked us but still our batch is facing the same issue all these people are fraudsters and know how to butter very well. Very irresponsive management not even a single person response on time. No feedback is provided on time. Trainers, SME'S , Quality auditors and the complete management has personal grudges with each other everyone keeps fighting in the meetings and nothing is clear between them. The end results are out and we all are kicked out of this company without salary after spending 7 hours daily on chats and giving more than 45 days to Techmahindra Flipkart chat process. I would recommend everyone until and unless this company truly states that it will pay you for training DO NOT JOIN this company. #techmahindrafraud #techmnfraud #Flipkartfraud #bpofraud #flipkartchatprocessfruad #companyfraud #corporatefraud

Pros

* Pay arrives on time, consistently. * Benefits package is decent relative to the industry. * They do invest in internal training programs.

Cons

* Promotions happen, but pay raises simply do not — in three years, I never witnessed a single one, regardless of title or tenure. * They clawed back a 1% cost-of-living raise by quietly cutting variable pay by an equivalent amount. * Overtime is effectively off the table. Budget comes first, always. * HR exists on paper only. Don't expect support or resolution when you need it. * Expense reimbursements — including professional certifications — are like pulling teeth. Expect a fight. * Benefits and perks have been steadily eroded over time to cut costs. * Certain groups of employees are visibly and consistently treated with less respect, given fewer opportunities, and held to different standards than others. Leadership has shown no interest in addressing it.
