      Pros

      - Colleagues are mostly very nice - Good device to work with (Laptop, 2nd Screen for homeoffice, Wireless NC Headset) - Very nice and interesting producs on track (There is way more then only remote connection) - Good onboarding - Welcome culture

      Cons

      - Only 50% Homeoffice (It´s the year 2022, wake up!) - Bonus completely relying on the sales department, while every other department makes a great job but it seems like Sales is in focus - Working for an IT company, the Salary could be better

      Pros

      They hire good people/ good culture IF you are in office. Remote is different (but makes sense) Insurance and PTO are good 401k match is 6%- pretty good. employee stock options are decent IF the stock performed well (it's does not)

      Cons

      the ENTIRE enterprise team has not hit their quota.... the entire team.... The products we are supposed to sell in order to hit this quota are not enterprise grade, ridden with issues, lack high value performance and are not best in class. Nextthink is better. beyondtrust is better. there are way too many AE's- time to cut 60-80% of them. otherwise they will naturally leave (which it seems to feel like what this company wants) oliver steil is useless. the upper management changes on a dime. there were 3 team restructures in the last 12 months. the SVP quit. the president of the americas is leaving for greener grass. i'd imagine more are to follow. the base pay and comp pay are trash. not worth it. IF you want to apply here, focus on the salary. thats what you'll be living off of.
