Had great clients. The office atmosphere is fun, the leadership really wants to make a difference. Julie (CEO) is inspirational.
Cons
Office politics, especially within the creative team. The egos are huge and impact the rest of the team's morale. This should be an equal and collaborative partnership amongst the disciplines, not all serving creative alone. That attitude should be left in the 19080s.
