Pros
I have found the management culture to be kind and supportive, for example when I was diagnosed with a serious health concern. There is an almost endless supply of training all provided through the remote Ultimatix system. The pay is good and everyone is friendly.
Cons
It is big and the customers are big. This means it is complex and can be political. You do not feel like you are changing the world. It is hard to find the right person. You are a very small cog in a machine and often feel like you are moving at snails pace and it wouldn't matter if you went away tomorrow. There are few people under 35. So don't work here if you want to change the world over night, but if you want stability and maybe make the world a little better in 20 years then try it.
