      Has good work culture. Provide more onshore opportunities to different countires. Has great global presence in 52 countries. Can work for different clients.

      No flexibility has been provided to move from one technology to the other other. Even to move from one branch to another is not provided.

      Link and understanding between top and lower management/employees needs improvement. But otherwise it’s a great place to work

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
