      If you want to put yourself in HELL, go ahead and join it. If you feel you don't want any growth in your career, if you feel you don't need any good salary, if you want to get yourself worked like a donkey and want so much tension without any growth..go ahead.

      Cons

      No Growth. No Proper Management. No Salary. No Promotion. No Work.

      Link and understanding between top and lower management/employees needs improvement. But otherwise it’s a great place to work

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
