      Opportunity to see the world. Relatively flexible company. Better starting salary than others.

      Cons

      Pay packet is not that good for middle and higher management. You are not going to be in a good state if you do not like your supervisor.

      Cons

      Most offshore resources aren't competent and unable to complete simple task on time. Management doesn't understand US consulting practices which is embarrassing and make the technical team look bad.
