Pros
It is rare to work in a place where everyone, across all teams - Support, Development, Sales, Product, etc - work together as we all in Tasktop. Granted, the company is going through some growing pains, but that's a good thing: They are growing! Big-name customers and interesting projects to work on. A culture of "let's work together and get it done" and smart/nice people. Want deep insights into how software development is done in the top automotive manufacturers? How about aerospace? Then this is the place you want to work. The company has probably one of the best onboarding processes I have seen in my career. The usual goodies like free soft drinks, beers on Friday, regular "code jams" and communal events. Very open communication, it's normal to have beers with the CEO, and you can literally walk up to anyone and ask for help - and get it. The company is also on the forefront of a new business movement that promises an interesting trajectory for the future.
Cons
The aforementioned growing pains - typical for a company that size - led to a short period of FUD and turnover, leaving some people disgruntled. Nobody likes to change. Upside: This also paved the way for new blood and skills to enter the company and I doubt that this is indicative of the company future.
