However, since we rely on Local Authorities and Schools to reach out to us when they have a referral, and these requests are fully dependant on the needs of the young people, it can be challenging to predict how much work will be available at any given time. During the onboarding process, we do our best to communicate that there are no guaranteed hours to help set expectations. While we saw an increase in work in your area when you applied, things haven’t continued as we hoped, and we haven’t been able to recommend you for any placements yet.
