      Pros

      got yelled at and had my stuff thrown all over the floor by manager so I gained endurance in stressful situations. put in 2wks and cut my hours to 0.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
