      Pros

      Working at target was a great opportunity for me to experience new things such as working with other people and having a responsibility of fufilling customer needs . It was a very organized place and there is help everywhere if you ever get stuck on something.

      I don’t have any cons about this place it was great for my first job .

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
