Cons
Although there is a lot of talk about focus on diversity but it's all only on paper. Leaders have their own favourites and mostly women employees are targeted. Sometimes close to insulting treatment is even prevalent in broad forum meetings. 1 on 1 meetings with leaders or HR are open forums for antagonizing women employees. Labeling women employees and ganging up with HR to harass endlessly are only a few techniques used by Leaders to ensure all victims stay silent. Ethics forum is projected to be anonymous but women employees are 'sent' to senior leaders in case anyone is naive enough to approach Ethics committee. Unfavorable responses in anonymous employee surveys like Team Voice survey etc are also wrongly accounted to women and thereafter HR takes is upon themselves to prove that it is the 'problematic' women team members who are causing trouble and must be harassed till they learn to be silent and can be side lined. One needs to have a lot of mental toughness to survive the veiled bias prevalent amongst leadership and HR who is their tool to execute to their agenda. If you want peace and respect them kindly stay away from this epicenter of veiled toxicity. Especially women should never make the mistake of joining this company. Current women employees beware.. get out as soon as the market picks up. There is a reason why most of the talented women are looking out or have already left. Other option is to learn the art of hanging from the coat tail of leaders and forget the option of self respect. Target will teach you that if you don't get out in time.
