Pros

They're very strict about doing your onboarding while on-site, which is nice - you get paid to do onboarding They don't really have an attendance policy but will still get upset if you miss work a lot. The job is very peaceful, you can kinda just clear your head when you're focusing Coworkers generally angels

Cons

Having managers that didn't detest your existence would be nice I got reprimanded (not in writing) for taking too many bathroom breaks, which is Not Good according to OSHA They work you like a dog and have downright unreasonable productivity quotas They straight up didn't care that I had school and scheduled me on days I explicitly told them I couldn't work on, then proceeded to threaten me with termination if I kept not coming in on those days.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
