Pros
Great discount. When you are off work you are not being bothered at all.
Cons
You will work well beyond 50hrs a week. Nothing is ever good enough and the expectations are often unrealistic. The world could be fully shut down and Target stores will never close which gives the notion they do not care about the wellbeing of their employees.
