      Great team environment Management is great at building relationships with employees, and keeping them satisfied

      Cons

      If hired on full time after you are a seasonal employee, you have to wait 9 months after the permanent offer to receive benefits Have to work really hard, feels like there aren't enough employees working Have to deal with rude teammates
