      Friendly staff and good pay

      Cons

      Can be over worked at times, in the style department you are responsible for not only your sections but they also expect you to go up front and help when the lines are long. This would be fine but management get mad when your work is not complete even when you are stuck on a register for half your shift.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
