      Pros

      There is a great opportunity for growth potential. It's a stable income source, The pay is pretty good compared to most retail companies.

      Cons

      There are long hours during the holiday seasons but that's expected. A lot of management doesn't know what they're doing.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
