      Pros

      The team member recognition, supportive management, a way to see a different side of people, great benefits given the workplace.

      Cons

      You have to work holidays, favortism can show up at times, corporates rules can seem illogical on occasion, pay can seem low for hourly team members.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
