-Great team members (general coworkers) across the store. -Great, supportive team lead (hourly manager).
Cons
-Lots of finger pointing/blaming other departments for things not getting done with little regard for staffing issues (that aren’t that other department’s fault). -Executive team leads (salaried managers) actively & often talked poorly of team members in spaces they could be overheard.
