      Pros

      Self-regulated, flexible schedule, I got lucky enough to have a good manager and a low drama team. Depending on your shift length, you get at least a 30-min lunch and one or two 15-minute breaks.

      Cons

      Small team, many responsibilities. This was manageable for the most part, but they really be stretching us thin sometimes.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
