Ok Place to start out, expect some very unrealistic expectations if you are a case manager. - Anonymous employee Talbert House Employee Review

Pros

Hire people with very little experience (some times too little experience ie not even close to a degree in human services). Benefits are ok

Cons

Supervision is incredibly lax and that is a problem when you have such extremely volatile clients. Hiring process is a joke, you may get an interview and not be called back for several weeks. Understanding of what they can legally do while a member is on military orders is lacking. Units expectation on case managers leaves case managers doing band aid work rather than actually being able to help the client.
