Somewhat flexible with schedules depending on who you are and who supervises you.

Cons

This was the most stressful place to work. Under appreciated and under paid with incompetent management employees. There is much retaliation that is very under handed. The best employees have either left are planning to leave, but in the words of the CEO "everyone is replaceable". Good luck with that.

Lack of professionalism.. Turnover rate through the roof.. Unrealistic expectations.. 70 client caseload..Billing fraud.. Expected to be uber drivers for clients.. Clients disrespect your car.. Organization needs to be restructured

Pros

At the end of the day you do get to help people, but only the people that want to be helped. No one down your back about getting things done.

Cons

Lack of direction. Very low pay. Large case loads. Lack of leadership. Working with clients who really don't want to be there and most likely don't care about you or getting help from you. Working with co-workers who really don't want to work there either and don't really want to make much of an effort, other than showing up and collecting a paycheck.
