      Managers who don't have the skills for their particular role, passive agressive behaviour on the part of management team, lack of organization within departments, inability to handle employee feedback and incorporate necessary changes

      Great culture and opportunity to work alongside brilliant people. Work life balance is what you make it. Good opportunity to explore other areas and expand skills.

      Cons

      Things seem to get bottlenecked and there tends to be unclear expectations and lack of ability to use the skills you develop in new roles. Really hard to move up internally
