Pros

THERE ARE PROS, but beware of the Cons. The culture is diverse and draws people of all sorts, but mainly (and thankfully), the vibe is non-judgmental. The effort expected is reasonable. They won't push you further than they need to, and you can grow at your own pace. They put up with my weaknesses for a long time before I became a pro at making food. Once I got LIGHTSPEED at making food after eight months, they wanted me to STAY there, bringing me to the Cons.

Cons

However, you want to elaborate on the concept. In the most cynical terms, I'd say they're efficient at taking any ole sucker, getting what they can out of them, and providing reasonable forgiveness. Whether I was not proactive enough or there weren't incentives to move around their management (my leading theory), they don't promote much because the administration isn't quitting or moving up. They'll replace managers or anyone they need in an instant EXTERNALLY, and it's a dead end.
