Everyone is friendly for the most part, Half day Fridays, Great benefits, Competitive salary.
Cons
Not a whole lot of work life balance. ZERO diversity of thought. If you aren't liberal its a very uncomfortable space to speak openly. Very political lately. Work should be a safe space where you aren't forced to discuss politics and hear leadership preaching their morals. Marketing has become a bubble. Most leadership Is comprised of white Females in their early 30s, which is fine. But they Lack perspective outside of their own bubble. Severe lack of diversity of thought and life experience in leadership.
