Pros
Not too many pros. They're generally flexible in their scheduling. Good place to work if you want a second job or are a student..
Cons
They're always understaffed. While working there, I'd have to handle the drive thru window by myself while doing dishes and prepping the lines. Most time, the managers were in the back office stuffing their faces or 'working'.
