Non-competitive pay. Management favors those who kiss a** over those who produce results. Company as a whole does not seem to value tenured employees. Rapid growth has led to an influx of workers who just get by on the minimal amount of effort and productivity. Those workers who do not produce are never held accountable or disciplined, instead moved into positions where they can fly under the radar.
