Pros

Continuous learning as product evolves, get to work with world class Enterprise Customers. Actively participate in growing the team through participation in hiring process and attending hiring events. Get to mentor team members and present, get to attend Seattle-based All Hands Meeting and work annual Customer Conference. Company's core values are seriously taken and lived (Culture is great at Tableau!). Dress code? What dress code? This company really is on a mission to help their Customers see and understand their data. Benefits are good and health insurance is great. All in all, I love working here.

Cons

Hours can be long as one would expect in a TAM role, Customer environments can be challenging with respect to integrating Server product. Salaries tend to be lower than other companies in the Austin area for this role. Bottom line: The pros far outweigh the cons.
