good health benefits, company meetings can be fun annually but thats not good enough to stay.

low pay compared to market, favoritism is rampant among managers, territories are picked by manager so the brown-noser of the group gets best territory, will hire from outside before they promote from inside offering a higher wage to a newcomer.
