Smart co-workers, top heavy, leadership issues - Director TNTP Employee Review

The organization is very top heavy and, compared to my previous experience, the CEO/senior leaders don't have a good grasp of the work happening. Therefore, decisions get stuck with them and it makes it hard to get important work done at the lower levels. The org also lacks transparency about career pathways; it is easy for some people to get promoted quickly, whereas others may have consistently high performance ratings year over year and can't get promoted despite their managers advocating for it.
