Poor management, minimal wages, too much stress - Supervisor TNT Express Employee Review

Poor management, lack of compassion, staff facilities and lots of cheap workers making my life stressful. Management apply pressure to work all hours for minimal wage and far too much red tape. The verbal abuse is hard some days. New management is needed and the company needs to pay more for this verbal abuse. The lack of transparency & support is overwhelming, I am not racist but blacks are taking our jobs.
