Pros

The KPI assessment is taking place to evaluate and measure the progress of every employees of the organisation. In order to achieve the highest rate, best efforts and endeavors are expected, for instance overtime or report to work during weekends i.e. able to finish higher volume of works than other colleagues or to generate higher revenue to Company. This KPI works to motivate employees to be more competitive in workplace, which is quite healthy as the progression is moving to positive traits.

Cons

The abovementioned KPI is absolutely a sarcasm and nonsense. The Company is expecting you to achieve the highest rate by giving you heavier workloads than before and at the end you get nothing in return i.e. no appreciation and recognition. After having sacrificed your personal time and weekends to assist the Company to materialize their objective throughout the year, the Company announced NO PERFORMANCE BONUS for 2017 and 2018.

All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
