Pros
Fantastic colleagues and great team spirit. Holds onto entrepreneurial spirit even though the company has over 6,500 employees. Opportunities to move geographically and within teams if you network internally and speak up to your manager / HR. The company is growing and it's ambitious with it's target for the future.
Cons
Communication from top management to rest of the company was poor in the past but an internal comms team has been put in place and major improvements are being made.
