Cons
- You are always a number at this company and are shown no value unless you are top in sales. - They talk about putting customers first but refuse to hire technically capable technicians. Salesmen only. Unless it is specifically a piece of Telus equipment that is the problem, if you want something in your house fixed properly, you are better off finding a 3rd party company to come and fix it. Most of the new techs won't even be able to tell you what the problem even is. - Management is groomed to come down hard on all employees that aren't proficient in sales. - Company is getting rid of all senior technicians so they can pay the new techs (cough* Salesman cough*) less than they are worth resulting in poorly trained techs with very little working knowledge.
