Work from home is a +++ , cheap phone plan, great benefits
Cons
Layoff... Cutting Canadian jobs to save a few dollars... Guess we need to move to Europe or the Philippines.... Hard to move up and it very high school in regards to fitting in...not to many visible minority in management positions such as directors, VP....
