Pros
- Decent salary - Work from home whenever you choose - Beautiful office location in Downtown Toronto with view of CN tower and lake - It's nice if you want to use this company as a springboard for your next job - Management are soft and will ignore laziness/incompetence
Cons
- Lots of political structure. So if you're in a big team like mine, you can either hide in the group or suck up to management. It's hard to get recognized for merit. - I like my co-workers personally, but in terms of work-load some team members do absolutely no work and obfuscate their tasks so that no one will question it (I saw my team member talk for the whole 8-hour day, then falsify doing 5 tasks). Management will ignore this because they are afraid of conflict - Lots of favoritism for if you're female or Indian
