Pros
I worked in a newer building on a Riot Games "project", basically trying responding to unhappy kids playing League of Legends game. Bright, new, office. Great to meet young people from different countries and that's where all the positives end.
Cons
Three 20 minute breaks (not a minute more) per shift, takes some getting used to but ok in the end. A lot of talk about career opportunities are simply just lies. 99% of people won't get any promotion whatsoever unless you are a) a Bulgarian b) you suck up to a Bulgarian c) ideally b & c People who call themselves "managers" are mostly Bulgarians who have no right/skills/experience to be in such positions. They like to stick together and "help" each other eg. helping you find an apartment really means that the man "helping" you, will take a nice percentage from the real estate agency, because they are friends. Lastly, don't take it if you really don't have to, but if you do, definitely!!! ask diplomatically for more money. You will regret you didn't.
