None........really there is none. Do not believe any of the positive reviews here as the CEO personally addressed glassdoor postings after a prospect questioned all the bad ratings.
Cons
I wish I had read glass door before joining. The CEO is not only incompetent but lacks integrity, honesty. I suggest you speak with someone who has worked there before joining. For those considering joining TEG it will not advance your career nor will it be a rewarding working environment. For those who are considering being clients the company cannot be trusted. Pirating software, trumped up credentials and capabilities are commonplace. Ask for cleint references as they will not be able to produce any. Also ask to speak to people one or two levels down to see that there is no talent besides a couple of senior leaders. Attrition is the highest in the industry.
