-Can't use you cellphone on bank premises because they are scared we will steal information great confidence in your employees! But guess what a manager and security guard can use there phone. - rules vary from store to store like cellphone policy - no one knows anything and there excuse is Td bank is new so we are learning as we go who opens a business and doesn't know -only care about customer you can be getting cursed at spoken down to and they don't even close that customers account which they should because customer don't respect employees and know they will get there way because of that and management does not have your back. -compensation sucks compared to other banks and trust me I worked at another bank. - hours are pretty horrible especially holiday which you will be working even if only one customer comes in - to many supervisor and still no one knows what's going on -harass you to sell things to customer they do not need or want
