Pros
Great starting pay. Got the job through an employment agency starting pay at $17.19. Even when you are part time you will usually get 40hrs. competitive environment great team atmosphere management is there to try and help you succeed you will never have a day that was like the one before, always changing You will be noticed for the work that you do If you work smart and join committee's it will give you more recognition. The more you are know and the brand you build within the organization will progress you to your next levels. If you like dressing classy in suits and ties then you my fine gentleman/lady will fit right in Talking on the phone and helping customers is rewarding
Cons
Long days dealing with customers can be utterly depressing and enraging. Sitting in one place for seven and a half hours (plus 1hour 30mins @ work but on break elsewhere) is ergonomically unnatural The management staff are for the most part decent but can be unrealistic and irrational. If you do not preform you will be let go.
