      *Decent money *Time off is generous *remote work

      * Extreme micromanagement *They look down on taking "bathroom breaks" *Impossible QA metrics so you don't get a bonus *Constantly getting a new supervisor *average around 150, up to 200, calls per day *have to stick to a script too much
