      Good earning potential, good benefits

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for growth. Especially small business. They dont have the network to aupport what they are pushing. And encouraging people to create a tax id simply to have their service as a business account? This doesnt create a strong base of business customers - just a high churn rate.
