Pros

Great pay, outstanding benefits, amazing facilities

Cons

Constantly changing, unattainable expectations and goals. Emphasis on numbers versus outstanding customer service. Reactive to issues instead of proactive. Senior management is out of touch with the front line employees. Salaried employees overworked and frustrated. Hourly employees have to deal with abusive customers constantly. Recent shift to a sales environment has confused, frustrated and infuriated good customer service people, a great majority of whom have started looking for other jobs. Management often plays favorites and if you aren't pushing features on your customers you are likely to get canned. Stress levels are through the roof. With an emphasis on numbers instead of doing the right thing for our customers, the environment breeds cheating and taking shortcuts and the wrong behaviors are rewarded. Coaches, Senior Reps and CSRs are in constant fear of losing their jobs.
